OT: Strange Cloud Near Mt. Fuji After Typhoon No.4 Passed, on June 20

Screenshot of NHK News reporting on the cloud:

The cloud is called "tsurushi-gumo" (hanging cloud), looking like a UFO, says NHK. It also says that the cloud appears when strong winds blow near Fujisan (Mt. Fuji).
