The 26-minute video was released on December 14, 2012 in English. It looks like the collection of images and videos of the plant since March 11, 2011.
TEPCO released the Japanese version of the video (slightly shorter, 22 minutes) on January 10, 2013.

Evacuations due to the plant failure were hard on the elderly but of course those deaths don't count against the accident.
"Former residents of nursing homes near the Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant died at a higher rate than usual in 2011, a study has shown, likely because of the stress of evacuation and having to live in temporary accommodations such as draughty school gyms."

I wonder why the Japanese version is shorter?
I haven't compared, but for 4 minutes, the file size for the Japanese version was about 160MB smaller. My guess is that some video footage is missing in the Japanese version.
