The other day I came across a Japanese user on Twitter who just has had enough of Apple customer service.
User: My iPad is not working.
Apple: We're sorry but you would have to bring it to the nearby Apple store.
User: Let's see I'm in xxx City (that does not have a physical Apple store)... So does that mean I have to take it to xxxx City (she deliberately mentions the city to the rep which is about 4 hour train ride/drive, to see if the rep even knows or notices.)
Apple: ..uh, yes.
This would be a great idea regarding TEPCO execs. Put them in empty jail cells and every day hang their food a little higher. Jump you despicable
