As the rest of the world forgets or doesn't care any more about the Japan's stricken plant, the Reactor No.3 is steaming away. Now there are two places where the steam is rising - one from the Spent Fuel Pool, and the other no one knows (or wants to say) exactly where.
An expert in nuclear reactor engineering said it may be coming near the Reactor Containment Vessel (although the expert qualified his comment by saying it could be from the Spent Fuel Pool but because of the debris blocking the Pool area the steam may be diverted and is coming out from a different place).
