#Fukushima I Nuke Plant: Water Isn't Rising, But It's Not Falling Either in Reactor 1 Turbine Building

In the press conference in the morning of March 28, TEPCO, commenting on the on-going draining of the contaminated water in the Reactor 1 turbine building, said they didn't have the information that would indicate "the water level has risen."
